Prep for Lash Extensions, Lifts

• For Full Set appointments, ensure that all previous lash extensions have been removed. Full Sets are only applied to fresh, clean lashes. There will be a charge for removal if required.

• For Lash Lifts, ensure that all previous lash extensions have been removed if applicable. Lash Lifts are only applied to fresh, clean lashes. There will be a charge for removal and for cleaning the lashes ahead of the lift if required.

• Avoid using waterproof or oil-based mascara/brow makeup for 2-3 days before your visit. Mascara and brow makeup can have an adverse effect on the extensions adhering and, on the lift, and lamination process working.

• Remove all eye makeup before arriving for your appointment. A lash clean will need to be added to the service if there is too much mascara on the lashes. Lash Extensions cannot adhere well if the lashes are not clean, and a Lash Lift will not perform as well also if the lashes are not clean.

• Avoid using any oil-based creams, makeup removers, lotions, sunscreens, or cleansers on or near the eyelashes and brows before and after your appointment.

Please do not pre-curl your natural lashes or wear any mascara for your appointment.​

Time:

Our stylists are experts and artists. To ensure you love the final product, expect to spend 45 to 75 minutes with us on your first visit for extensions. 

if we need to remove any existing extensions, we may need a little more time. Please let us know the state of your existing lashes when you book your appointment.
